On this website, you have the option to enter your name, email address, and possibly other details.  You also have the opportunity to receive emails from RST, PLLC and by doing so you provide your information to us.  The information you provide us is then used to provide you with information in return, and future offers/promotions via email.

RST, PLLC is compliant with the CAN-SPAM Act of 2003.

Your email address is kept private.  RST, PLLC will never sell, rent, or lease email subscription lists to third party companies. if you would like to opt out of receiving emails, please send an email to heather@randolphspeechtherapy.com, or click “Unsubscribe” on a recent email from RST, PLLC.

Coaching Privacy Policy:

The information you share for the purpose of coaching (including, but not limited to: your name, email, phone number, address, family members’ names, ages, diagnoses, life experiences, treatment goals)  will never be shared.  It will be kept private and confidential.  The only exception to this is that, per state law, I am a mandatory reporter regarding suspected child abuse and neglect.  There is no exception to this.
